Who I am
ABOUT
Hi, I'am a Fashion Designer and Researcher.
My interest in fashion has been developing from an early age. With a growing interest and passion, I formally studied fashion design after entering university, where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Carments & Accessories Design and a Master of Arts in Fashion Design. Currently, I am a PhD researcher focussing on sustainable fashion design and sustainable business models drawing on my fashion design background.
As a fashion designer, I am interested in conceptual fashion design, especially in exploring the relationship among fashion, space, society and the environment. I am an advocate of the belief that the significance of design lies in its inherent creativity to come up with innovative solutions for a better future.
With this design philosophy in mind, I embarked on my research journey in 2022 to explore the potential of design in developing a sustainable fashion future. My research interests are in sustainable design practices, functional design and innovative fashion systems in the field of sustainable fashion.
